Scope: We’ll come out to take a close look at your project, review the space and existing conditions, and make sure we’re the right fit for what you’re looking to accomplish. After the visit, we’ll put together a clear, detailed estimate outlining the recommended approach, expected timeline, and projected costs.
For larger or more complex projects, we may schedule a follow-up meeting to walk through the estimate together, discuss options or upgrades, answer any questions, and align on next steps before moving forward.

Next step: Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send over an official invoice along with a contract for your review and signature. At Apex, we require a signed contract before scheduling or beginning any work. This ensures we’re fully aligned on the scope, timeline, pricing, and expectations from the start.

Lastly: Once everything is signed, we’ll get you on the schedule and confirm an official start date. Prior to kickoff, we require a deposit to secure your spot—typically 50%, due two weeks before the job start date. For larger or more complex projects, the deposit amount may vary based on the size and scope of work.
