He brings a wealth of hands-on experience from both the oil field and ranching industries. His years in oil field construction taught him the importance of precision, durability, and getting the job done right the first time. Combined with his background in ranch management, Brandon has a unique perspective on what truly works in the demanding environments of West Texas.
With this expertise, Brandon has built Apex and Nichols Solutions on the principles of practicality, reliability, and craftsmanship. He understands the challenges property owners face, whether it’s preparing raw land, building durable structures, or creating spaces that can withstand the test of time. His leadership ensures that every project — residential, commercial, or agricultural — is not only functional but also built with integrity.

With more than a decade of experience in operations management and an MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology, Leslie has built a career focused on helping businesses run smarter, smoother, and stronger. Her background spans managerial leadership, business development, process improvement, and the fast-paced world of SaaS startups. At Apex, she keeps the heartbeat of the company steady—overseeing office operations and back-office management to support sustainable, long-term growth.
Now a proud resident of Ozona, Texas, Leslie loves the small-town charm because she grew up in a similar town herself. The close-knit community, genuine connections, and grounded values of West Texas mirror the environment that shaped her, and those same principles guide the way she leads and builds her businesses today.
In addition to her leadership at Apex, Leslie also works full time for a New York–based SaaS startup, where she thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Passionate about entrepreneurship and committed to her community, she brings both ambition and heart to every venture she pursues.
